About Green Abundance by Design:

Green Abundance by Design is an ecological landscaping company based in Framingham, Massachusetts. For eleven years, we’ve specialized in native plants, invasive plant management, and landscape services that convert conventional properties into resilient, living ecosystems—landscapes that are both beautiful and ecologically functional. Our work demonstrates that suburban landscapes don’t have to choose between aesthetics and ecology.

Just as importantly, we believe how the work gets done matters. We’ve built a company that values quality performance and people over burnout. This commitment shows up in our projects, our client relationships, and how we care for our team.

Our Vision:

Too much of traditional landscaping is built on scarcity—both in how land is treated and in how the work itself is structured; with long hours, seasonal layoffs, weekend work, and physical exhaustion leaving little room for growth. We refuse to accept that model and are proving there is another way.

We're on a mission to transform how the landscape industry operates, showing firsthand that you can do exceptional environmental work while treating people exceptionally well.

Our vision is an industry rooted in B.A.A.S.E.D. principles:

Balance between meaningful work and a full life outside of it
Accountability at all levels—for results, safety, and integrity
Abundance in how we think, plan, and value our work
Stewardship of land and people
Excellence in craft, science, and execution
Diversity of ecosystems, perspectives, and ideas

By focusing on specialized ecological services and charging appropriately for the value we deliver, we’ve created a model that supports year‑round employment, deep expertise, and long-term careers. Our vision isn’t just healthier landscapes—it’s a healthier industry.
