Green Abundance By Design, Inc provides ecological landscaping services in the greater Boston, Massachusetts area, including but not limited to native plant design, meadow installation, invasive plant management, organic lawn care, pruning, and leaf recycling. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are subject to change at our discretion.

2. USE OF THE SITE

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information through any form on the Site

3. SERVICE REQUESTS AND ESTIMATES

Submitting a service request or inquiry through our Site does not constitute a binding agreement for services. All estimates and proposals provided by Green Abundance By Design, Inc are subject to a site visit and final confirmation. Pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, scope of work, and other factors. A binding agreement for services is only established upon mutual written or verbal confirmation between you and our team.

4. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

Program name: Green Abundance By Design Text Alerts

Program description: Green Abundance By Design, Inc offers SMS text messaging to clients and leads for the purpose of service scheduling and reminders, account notifications (such as invoice and estimate alerts), and occasional marketing and promotional messages about seasonal service availability.

By opting in to receive text messages from us (such as by selecting "Yes" on our service request form or contact form), you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from Green Abundance By Design, Inc. Message frequency varies.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may opt back in at any time by replying START or by contacting us.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services for any account with an outstanding balance past due.

6. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to apply cancellation fees for services canceled with insufficient notice, as outlined in your service agreement. Weather-related rescheduling will be handled at our discretion and communicated to you promptly.

7. PROPERTY ACCESS AND CONDITIONS

By engaging our Services, you grant Green Abundance By Design, Inc and its crew members permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for ensuring that we are informed of any property conditions, hazards, underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other features that may affect the safe and effective delivery of services. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or features not disclosed to us prior to service.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Green Abundance By Design, Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
