Growing into 2026

Dear Green Abundance Community,

With spring just around the corner, we're feeling the excitement that comes with the start of a new growing season. After a long winter, there's nothing quite like watching landscapes wake back up, and we can't wait to get back out to your properties and see what this year brings.

As we head into 2026, we want to share an update on our pricing for the season ahead.

We haven't had a significant rate increase since 2022, when we made the decision to evolve our business model and provide year-round salaries for all of our employees, regardless of the weather. That decision was rooted in the same values that guide everything we do: caring for our clients and their landscapes, caring of the environment, and caring for the team that makes it all possible.

Since then, each of our team members has received annual salary increases to reward their performance and the genuine care they bring to your properties. That investment has paid off. We've been able to retain our best people, and that stability shows up in the quality and consistency of the work we do for you. When the weather does not allow us to be in the field, we invest heavily in the training and development of our employees. A more knowledgeable crew delivers even better quality results.

We're also growing. This year, we're welcoming two full-time employees to our Administrative and Project Management team. As our company has expanded, Andrew and Mike's ability to personally manage every client relationship has stretched to its limit. We want to make sure our high standards for communication and organization continue to improve, and we're excited to bring two of our standout team members into roles to make that happen.

A year-over-year price increase has become necessary to maintain our commitment to providing the best possible service for you while continuing to offer stable, healthy careers for the talented and dedicated people who show up for your landscapes every day.
